Our preference is to work on a Retainer model for Contract and Permanent roles meaning we operate on an exclusive basis. In this way, we can focus on each role and ensure we identify and recommend the right candidates for each role.
We work closely with our clients to understand their requirements (sometimes when they’re not clear themselves!) and find the best person for any given job, no matter how specific or complicated it may seem, giving 100% of our dedication, knowledge and expertise to them.
Our fees are split into two payments, the first payable at the beginning of the brief and the second once we place the candidate.
For every Retained Client brief we work on, we offer added value service utilising our REC Certified expertise and skills. We provide HR advice - job descriptions, salary & package ranges, interview advice, contractual regulations and general advice.
